Responsibilities
- Work with Data Science and User Research to get a better understanding of our users and personas
- Work with Devs for tooling, reporting, monitoring, and other strategies to push testability and quality
- Collaborate with other teams and departments
- Documenting processes, testing strategies, test cases and test plans, etc.
- Engaging in scrum/agile ceremonies so quality and testability is top of mind
- Test Planning, design, and execution for applications within an agile/scrum development environment
- Design, create and maintain automation framework for our Web platform
- Design, create and maintain all automated tests of varying types: UI, API, integration, etc.
- Work with other QA Engineers and Devs to plan around scope and UI changes during development
- Design, create and maintain reporting tools to deliver analytics to stakeholders
- Design, create and maintain monitoring and health-check tools to ensure highest quality in every phase of the apps
- Mentor and empower QA Engineers to use your framework to help them own and maintain their team’s tests
- Own the quality of the applications at all times
Qualifications
- 3 or more years experience in QA Automation
- In-depth knowledge of planning, design and execution of Test Plans
- Automation experience with Selenium for web platforms
- You have worked in QA roles where you led testing strategies in all phases of development
- Analyze and implement QA and Automation best practices to improve test scalability and performance
Preferred
- E-Commerce testing experience
- Experience with APIs and databases (SQL)
- Experience creating and designing test automation frameworks
- Experience building automated tests for web applications using C#
- Experience working with Visual Studio and .NET Core
- Experience working with build management and continuous integration tools like TeamCity or Jenkins, etc.
